We would like to thank you for all contributions and exchanges.
See you in January 2025 to celebrate the twentieth edition of the RVVs !
The next Rencontres de Virologie Végétale (RVV2023) are scheduled from Sunday 15 to Thursday 19 January 2023 at the Centre Paul Langevin in Aussois. You can already block these dates in your diaries.
Since 1987, these meetings take place every two years and allow to gather all the actors of Plant Virology in France (PhD students, teachers, technicians, engineers and researchers from public and private organizations) and to report on the evolution of research and recent results obtained. About one hundred and fifty people are expected to attend.
This symposium is both informative and formative for all participants, insofar as it covers various disciplines of plant virology and also calls on speakers specialised in areas of animal or plant research that have been the subject of important recent advances (see the list of lectures in the “pre-programme”)
Because of its periodicity, the limited number of participants and its conviviality, this conference is an excellent springboard contributing to exchanges between the different actors of virology research. In particular, it encourages meetings between young and more experienced researchers and has in the past been the source of numerous collaborations between laboratories with different backgrounds (molecular biologists, geneticists, entomologists, epidemiologists, etc.).
